Package with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
